Directions to the start of the Silk Sheets ride -

From Roswell Road take I-285 W drive 15 miles to I-20 W (Exit 10 B) drive 1.5 Miles to the Fulton Industrial Blvd exit.  Turn Left on to Fulton Ind. Blvd. which become Cascade Palmetto Highway Drive 12 Miles to Charlie's TEXACO store and the parking lot is across the street from the store.  

OR on most days, NOT Sundays, you can park in the Campbellton United Methodist Church lot on the corner of Church Street and Campbellton Fairburn Road Also acroos the street from Charlie's TEXACO store.  If you do park in the Church lot, please leave a $2 donation in the box at the end of the driveway.  They have been very gracious to us.  Frequently, they have  invited cyclists to their $5 pancake breakfasts.

Silk Sheets (36 or 50 - mile) ride. Low traffic, rolling hills, no dogs to speak of.  All riders are welcome and the roads are clearly marked with L-6's for cyclists.   Follow the (L-6)'s in the direction the 6 is pointing for the 50 mile ride.

For the 36 mile loop At approximately 15 miles turn left on Jim Starr Road and continue to follow the L-6's back to your car. 

The 36 mile loop overlaps 2/3 of the 50 mile loop.

The ride is a moderate level of difficulty.
